Hello there! My name is Krishiv Goswami. I am currently a 9th grade student at Interlake High School and my older brother has Cerebral Palsy. He inspired me to focus on inclusion, advocacy, and to support people with disabilities.

What is the problem No Stairs Needed is trying to solve?

Over 1.3 billion people live with disabilities worldwide, suffering from health inequities and are more than twice as likely to live in poverty. Many face challenges with mobility, healthcare, education, employment, and more, simply because the world wasn't designed with them in mind.

Why does this matter to me?

Disability can affect anyone, yet most societies still treat accessibility as optional. When 90% of children with disabilities in developing countries don't attend school, it's a social and moral issue. Understanding these struggles helps us build a more inclusive and empathetic world.

How can I get involved?

Start by staying informed. Share articles, repost stories, and talk about what you've learned. Social awareness is the first step to change. You can also volunteer with and donate to local and international organizations. If you have a story to share, we'd love to hear from you.
